Printed in New Zealand on archival fine art paper
Prints will be packaged and sent in a mailing tube to avoid any damage in transit.
Your order is custom printed for you, please allow 10 days for print production.
Shipping varies between 10 and 30 days
To ensure the longevity of your photographic print I recommend the following:
Keep your print out of direct sunlight
Have it framed by a professional framer with an archival quality mat board or spacers, lightweight acrylic or glass

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Purchases of photographic prints are final. We are unable to accept exchanges or refunds of prints for change of mind.
If your print has been damaged in transit please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods by emailing v@veronikasola.com for assistance. Please make sure to open your package within this time.
Please keep all original packaging and the print as we may require photos or the original print to process your claim.

We currently only ship around New Zealand and Australia . Do get in touch if you live in the Northern Hemisphere and we might be able to organise something.
All New Zealand and Australian parcels are sent with New Zealand Post and are registered, and tracked.
